A market leading & forward thinking company in Watford is undergoing a period of rapid growth and as such is seeking to expand its finance team with a new Finance Assistant.

This role is based in a convenient location with free parking available & is offered as a 3-6 month contract initially.

Duties of the Finance Assistant include:

* Posting to journals

* Balance sheet reconciliations

* Using Excel to manipulate data and produce reports

* Query resolution

The ideal candidate will have:

* A proactive and organised approach to their work

* At least 2 years’ experience in a finance role

* A good educational background

* Good excel skills (any experience of VBA is a bonus)
