If you answered “Yes” to the above, please read on! We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants! You must be:

*** A recent graduate, ideally with a Psychology or other Social Science based degree.

*** Have a desire to develop a wonderfully rewarding career within SEN education.

*** Be available to start ASAP.

*** Be available to work full-time.

*** Able to travel in and around Basingstoke.

*** Daily rate of £65 - £85 per day

The Role – Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you must be a self-motivated individual. The ideal Learning support Assistant will have a kind and considerate nature as well as a positive and energetic personality. Your duties will include working with students, both inside of the classroom supporting the teacher and in other educational settings to encourage independence, confidence and enable them to reach their full potential.

The School – Learning Support Assistant

We are currently working with several of Secondary schools in and around the Basingstoke area. We have won major contracts with schools and are the first point of call for their staffing.

The schools range from OFSTED rated “Requires Improvement”, “Good”, “Outstanding”.

Many of the schools offer places for students aged 11-19 with a range of learning abilities. These schools vary from Mainstream education and Special needs. All of these schools require good learning support assistants.
