The Role - Teacher of English - NQT

This high achieving secondary school is looking for a Newly Qualified English Teacher or an experienced Teacher of English who has a proven track record of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ lesson observations! If you are an enthusiastic and creative, then this role is perfect for you. A very exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy working in a vibrant and exciting environment. This East London based school is offering an exciting role within an outstanding, large successful English Department. As a English Teacher, you will ensure that the students achieve their highest potential in their GCSE and A’ Levels, you must be able to confidently plan, prepare and conduct lessons successfully, set suitable learning objectives which are relevant to the key stages, be able to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment, engaging students into the lesson and creating a fun way of learning. Your behaviour management needs to be exceptional. The successful candidate will be offered outstanding level of support and Induction programmes to support your teaching career!
