Senior Transformation Manager
A market leading financial services organisation who pride themselves on the service they deliver to their customers are looking to recruit a Senior Transformational Change Manager to take a lead role in end to end change initiatives for the business.

You will be overseeing change initiatives that span both functional and organisational boundaries across the business, this will be mainly based around process re-engineering and strategic operating models.
Initially this role does not have a direct reporting line however it is imperative that you have extremely strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of supporting the development and delivery of large scale, cross functional transformational change initiatives.
You will have experience in modelling business processes and leading business process change at senior level within a financial services/insurance organisation.
Lean Six Sigma principles/Prince II Practitioner and experience within group protection/life insurance market would be beneficial.
