Our local prestigious client is looking for an Operations Administrator to provide a high standard of support to the Operational and Financial functions, dealing with visitors/clients, travel arrangements and resources.

Duties and responsibilities

- Day to day support for the Operations and Management team
- Answering calls in a professional and timely manner and routing calls to the relevant members of staff
- Dealing with visitors/clients in a professional manner ensuring they always have a positive experience
- Keeping accurate visitor records and maintaining visitor schedules ensuring visitor passes are issued if appropriate
- Ensuring accurate records of employee attendance and absence are maintained
- Monitoring time tracking and expenses records
- Scheduling calls and meetings as required
- Arranging refreshments and lunches
- Maintaining sufficient levels of refreshments and other office consumables
- Other ad hoc duties

Skills and experience

- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent organisational skills
- GCSE maths and English (minimum C or equivalent)
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to demonstrate you are a team player
- Working knowledge of IT software
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn
