You will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing Poductmarketing activities
The role is a Product Brand Marketing role Competitive £ salary

Role may suit an experienced Product Marketing Executive looking for career development
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Director in the definition of sales and communication plans for the managed products,work with agencies to develop and implement activity on the brand’s digital platforms.
* In conjunction with key stakeholders, develop innovative NPD concepts to maintain a leadership position.
* Gather and elaborate market information (market trends, competitors, customers) to support decision making process.
* Support the Marketing and Sales Director in developing and implementing marketing activities in line with brand strategy and aimed at achieving expected results in terms of volumes, market share and prices.
* Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager and Key Account Managers to define and implement Trade Marketing activity.
* Implement customer satisfaction activities and elaborate the related results.
* Ensure all authorised communication (TV & Press) and promotional activities are properly implemented and monitor results v’s objectives.
* Co-ordinate product management and cost reduction projects with internal and external resources.
* Verify and ensure that orders and invoices regarding marketing activities match.
* Promote Company Principles and Values.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or comparable is needed.
* Previous 2 years+ commercial experience is desired.
* Desirable to have previous experience of FMCG sector.
* Experience managing branded websites and social media platforms.
* Exceptional marketing activity planning, implementation and project management skills.
* Ability to analyse and report on market trends to report on new opportunity and corrective actions, with the required marketing and administration and cost monitoring versus budget.
* Budget management.
* Enthusiastic and energetic with strong attention to detail and desire to succeed.
* Knowledge of Nielsen Research Company Data.
* Creative flare and ability to execute plans.
* Good man management skills.
* Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Effective decision maker.
* Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Power Point.
* Experience of using SAP is advantageous.
* The role requires an element of travel – possibly a few days a month not likely to exceed one week per month
Travel to work from Bridgend, Swansea, Merthyr, Neath, Llantrisant, Ebbw Vale
