Albioncourt is a successful, growing, manufacturer of lampshades & luminaires to the contract & retail sectors. We seek an enthusiastic and organised Office Manager for our busy, friendly, office to become a key member of the team driving the business forward.

The person will be responsible for book-keeping including payroll, purchase & sales ledgers, to management and year end.

The person will need to show strong commercial awareness, good communication skills, have an eye for detail and be willing to learn about our products, and customers, being a relay between production staff and clients.

Essential skills:

  • Fully familiar with Sage 50 Pro Accounting
  • Highly organised, numerate, proactive and responsible
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel & Word (Photoshop an advantage)
  • Sales experience, client management

Salary: £20,000 +, negotiable according to experience and capabilities.
