Payroll Assistant/Administrator
Responsibilities:
* Accurate calculation and inputting of overtime, basic hours, holiday and sickness entitlement
* Accurate administration of starters and leavers and of the monthly PAYE, NIC & HMRC payments
* Calculation and inputting of all company bonus schemes
* Dealing with any payroll queries
* Maintenance of associated company spread sheets
* Maintenance of holiday entitlement records
* Responsibility for processing all Statutory payments including sick, maternity and paternity
* Assisting in year end tax reconciliations
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
25 days holiday
