They are an award-winning organisation operating globally to deliver health, safety and environmental qualifications and is seeking to recruit a part-qualified Assistant Management Accountant who will be responsible for contributing to business planning and decision making through providing appropriate financial information and advice.

This is a new role with an opportunity for you to hit the ground running and make it your own. You will be part of their busy Finance Team who are looking to extend their skills and knowledge.

What they need:
They require an Assistant Management Accountant to join the team to contribute towards the reporting, regulatory and control requirements of the finance department. This is an important role in the facilitation of their future plans.

You must demonstrate:
- Part Qualification - CIMA / ACCA/ ACA
- Previous experience with a Finance Department
- Knowledge and understanding of financial processes
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data
- Analytical skills and a curiosity to interrogate information
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Commercial awareness
- Stakeholder management skills

Ideally, you will:
- Have knowledge of Charity accounting requirements
- Demonstrate a knowledge of payroll processes
- Evidence proven experience of producing management accounts and key performance indicators
- Demonstrate experience of working in an international environment
