As they approach their 40th anniversary they are seeking to recruit an in-house Design Manager who, as their expert practitioner, will be responsible for the creative execution and delivery of the visual brand.

This is a new, hands on role with an opportunity for you to come in and make it your own. You will be part of their busy Marketing and Communications Team and will work across the organisation.

What they need:
They require a Design Manager who will be accountable for the planning, development and implementation of all aspects of their visual brand identity. This is an important role in the
facilitation of their future plans.

You must demonstrate:
- Creative and innovative design skills
- Experience of communicating with a range of audiences at all levels
- Excellent knowledge and experience of creative skills including typography, layout, colour composition, materials etc.
- Extensive experience in industry standard software including Adobe, creative suite, presentation software, social media platforms, animation software
- Industry standard user experience in design techniques and processes
- Proven track record in turning trend insights, customer profiles and brand vision into compelling creative output
- Very strong visual skills
- Experience of working with both internal and external stakeholders

Ideally, you will:
- Understand social platforms
- Have managed budgets
- Display developed proofreading skills
- Demonstrate experience of working in an international environment
