We are growing our Account Management team to deliver great brand experiences conceived by our partners - modern digital agencies for clients that include Honda, Greenpeace, ITV, and many others.
We are on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a dedicated and successful sales team nurturing and expanding our portfolio of key brand accounts who rely on us for transformative cloud-hosted solutions.
We have a close working partnership with Microsoft, work with many interesting brands and creative digital agencies and run many cool events, including our annual awards, the Wirehive100 which our whole team enjoys!
This role is about driving sales, account growth and owning customer satisfaction using your brilliant relationship management ability. You’ll excel at making things happen by working with colleagues across the business in Partner Management, Customer Success, Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing.
We’re ideally looking for someone who has:
+ Experience in a creative design agency, multi-media or SME Technology business environment.
+ A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience managing and growing an account base.
+ Is familiar with technology eg. campaigns, websites, eCommerce, CMS, CRM, ERP, cloud hosting.
+ Is now ready to accelerate their sales career to the next level.

+ Thrive on customer interaction and get a real buzz from surfacing sales opportunities.
+ Can be seen as a trusted partner by customers when actively promoting solutions that solve digital transformation challenges.
+ Can generate positive commercial sales impact in a portfolio, take ownership, interest and pride in your own KPIs.
+ Enjoy task variety, juggling constantly changing priorities across RFIs, renewals and new solution activations.
+ Have interest in agency and/or brand side web delivery, digital transformation and cloud hosted technologies.
+ Know how to plan, manage and nurture key relationships during the lifecycle of an account.
+ Are fun to work with, have a healthy competitive spirit, but are humbly confident, curious and keen to learn.
You’ll take a strong interest in developing your professional career in sales, growing bigger accounts and becoming more involved in complex sales opportunities related to digital transformation.
