Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a new role of Financial Controller to work for an award-winning organisation based outside of the centre of Harrogate. The Role

This role reports to the Group FD and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to be involved in:
  • Produce monthly Financial Packs and prepare balance sheet reports
  • Managing budgets & forecasts to analyse trends and variances
  • Multiple finance projects and working towards continuous improvement
  • Manage a finance team

This is an excellent role for an ambitious Finance Manager who wants a hands-on role within a large business. This is a role that will have commercially focused elements alongside a core accounting element and requires an individual who can challenge stakeholders.

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role of Financial Controller applicants will be expected to be:
  • Fully qualified
  • Experienced in producing financial accounts
  • Able to liaise with financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • This provides the successful candidate an opportunity to join a great business where they will be given the chance to supervise a team

Salary & Benefits
  • £50,000 to £60,000 base salary based on experience & qualifications
  • 10% Bonus
