This company is looking to recruit a PA / Office Manager. The PA/Office Manager function is a resource provided to manage a number of activities for Senior Management and the Sheffield Office including:

- PA/Administrative support to Senior Management
- Facilities Management
- Reception

Facilities Management for the Sheffield Office. Responsibilities include the management of third-party maintenance suppliers, including the facilities maintenance of the Data Centre.

- PA support for Senior Management, including post distribution, diary management, travel arrangements, minutes of meetings, expense reconciliation, filing etc.

- Manage the Purchase Order function using Oracle for the administration dept, including budget control for all building related purchases and office services [stationery, travel, car hire etc].

- Manage the Reception function (inc two Receptionists)

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a PA role.
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management role.
- PC Literate (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Shorthand 100wpm
- Word Processing 60wpm
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage projects
- Work on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise workload
