This role will suit a 2nd Line Support Engineer with a hunger to progress quickly into a 3rd Line Support role. Their Support Team is scaling quickly and they need people who want to step up progress quickly too.

The Support Team is growing very quickly and as the sales team continues to win some huge business with some household names their support function will continue to scale.

You will be supporting the Teamline arm of the business. Teamline provides meeting room solutions, focusing on enterprise customers with 5000+ employees.

Experience:

- Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS and Android administration and troubleshooting skills TCP/IP network and firewall troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
- Experience providing support for an in-house product.
- Provided hands-on technical support via email, telephone and video conference calls.
- Assisted in user training via video conference or at customer site.
- Analysed error reports to help troubleshoot customer issues.
- Worked with the engineering department to identify bugs and verify bug fixes.
