£30 - £40kpa OTE £10kpa - My client will pay up to £40kpa for people with Health & Safety Experience.
** Use of your own vehicle and a driving license is essential for this role (mileage and travel expenses will be paid)
You will be working for an innovative, passionate and rapidly growing Health & Safety Software Solutions provider, who are looking for an Account Manager to join their established and very successful team. This company is going from strength to strength and are really proud of how far they have come. This position will be working from home, managing your own diary but you need to be willing to travel as you will be 70% Field based, visiting clients around London. You will ideally need to have worked for a company that specialises in Health & Safety or a Health & Safety Qualification would be desirable. Alternatively, my client may consider someone with a Software Solutions or alternatively a Service related background.
You will need to have proven success working in an Account Management role.
We are looking for people who have a down to earth personality, with lots of energy and the determination to succeed.
* As an experienced Account Manager you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients.
* You will either visit or conduct webinars with new clients to establish their needs, filling out an onboarding project plan for them.
* Liaising with clients when their contract renewal dates are due, ensuring the relationship is maintained on an ongoing basis.
* The successful Account Manager will attend meetings with colleagues, sharing ideas and successes.
* Engage and build relationships with low system engagement users a part of your renewals/upselling and retention processes.
* You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the software solutions system being provided to the customer, enabling you to support them throughout the process.
* As the main point of contact for your accounts the Account Manager will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
* Use of a car and driving license is essential for this role.
You will have previously worked managing Accounts, Account Manager, Account Executive, Senior Account Manager, Account Director, National Account Manager, Field based Account Manager, Client Manager Success Manager, Client Success Manager
