Quality Manager required to join a Global Leader in providing heating solutions to the domestic and commercial market!

Responsible for overseeing the QA/QC function across the group, implementing and driving continuous improvement across company functions, also taking responsibility for our enterprise risk management work and importantly our EHS management and approach across the business.

Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:
• Maintain and seek to continuously improve the company standards
• Review product quality, processes and systems on a regular basis
• Ensure that the manufacturing / assembly process adheres to the highest quality standards
• Actively participate and engage within the company NPI process
• Lead the company quality accreditation process
• Undertaking Internal quality audits
• Participate in Supplier auditing process to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain

Experience of the Quality Manager:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field or similar qualifications within Quality area OR
- Previous Quality Management experience
- Proficiency with Quality management tools, applications and methodologies
- Working to ISO experience
- Lean manufacturing
