We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced an hands-on Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives and activities, turning creative ideas into effective marketing initiatives.
As an experienced Marketer you'll develop and manage marketing programs through a wide range of online and offline channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, advance brand building and boost the Company’s reputation.

The Company was initially formed in 2008 to specialise in payment security and has since grown organically into a highly respected thought-leading information risk, cyber security and compliance consultancy.
By combining creative thinking, selective hiring, passionate vision and exceptional service, our small and highly experienced team provides a commercially balanced blend of strategic and tactical advice, technical assessments and assurance & audit services. We supply to companies across many sectors including retail, insurance, financial services and telecommunication.
Given our ability to generate recurring revenue over multi-year client contracts and the success of our compliance management platform, we have set ambitious annual growth targets of 30% each year for the foreseeable future.
Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
+ Build marketing programmes to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
+ Lead the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
+ Develop detailed and cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service, all media channels and sales teams
+ Create and run initiatives for current and new products or services, targeting C-level / senior executives
+ Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, supporting the account managers attracting new logos and increasing revenue in existing clients
+ Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
+ Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
+ Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups and attracts and retains clients
+ Prepare online and print marketing campaigns
+ Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
+ Manage the creative development and publication of all promotional materials and other marketing-related projects in line with marketing plans and brand identity
+ Increase awareness of the Company’s unique selling points in the market
+ Working with other functions (management, sales, Heads of Practice and Consultants), produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog, case studies and brochure ware that attracts and converts our target groups, in particular senior management / C-level
+ Work closely with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
+ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company departments are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities
+ Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, consumer behaviour and other relevant information to form marketing strategies and adjust e-mail and advertising campaigns accordingly
+ Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and act as the marketing representative in important buyer meetings
+ Track all marketing and sales data and create written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
+ Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to data and feedback
Marketing Manager Required Skills and Experience:
+ Demonstrable experience in building marketing programmes and reporting on results
+ Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
+ Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
+ Proven experience in targeting senior executives / C-level within identified audience and creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
+ Experience of writing articles, blogs, website content
+ Strong creative outlook, proactive and an appreciation of the bigger picture
+ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
+ A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
+ Excellent communication and relationship skills
+ Strong organisational and project management skills
+ Good attention to detail
+ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
+ A degree in Marketing or a related field
+ Experience of working in a technology company would be of benefit
