This online marketing agency has been creating successful digital marketing campaigns since 2002. They are well-established specialists in successfully generating leads and sales for their clients using their expertise in paid search and display, remarketing and retargeting, email marketing, SEO and conversion rate optimisation.

They are looking for a Paid Search/PPC Manager to join their perfectly-formed team of experts, giving you the opportunity to hone your skills as a specialist and develop your career with continual development and training, with a unique opportunity to prove your entrepreneurial flair and share in profits.

What you'll do:
- Build, manage & optimise campaigns on Google, Facebook & Bing, plus display & remarketing
- Manage client budgets to exceed their sales or lead generation targets
- Work with wider marketing team to ensure all digital channels work together effectively
- Make your own decisions & be accountable to the client, including reporting & explaining results for each account you manage
- Work closely with wider team in analysing data, identifying marketing trends, customer segmentation, developing insights
- Contribute to new client proposals & help to develop a tailored strategy

What you'll need:
- Proven success in managing Google, Facebook & Bing campaigns
- Able to build new campaigns quickly & accurately, set up shopping feeds & optimise the data
- Strong commercial acumen & have detailed discussions with clients about their business, KPIs & audience
- Understand how wider marketing channels work together
- Competent use of Analytics, call tracking, data studio, & CRO & split testing software
- Ability to write compelling copy
- Time management & prioritisation skills
- Experience of scripts & automation
- Knowledge of attribution
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
