An IT Support Administrator / Technical Support Assistant is needed to take up a junior (1st / 2nd line) support role within a progressive CRM company-based Weybridge, Surrey. They are now seeking a super talented IT Support Administrator / Technical Support Assistant (1st Line / 2nd Line) to take advantage of training and career development opportunities and build a unique career within a friendly, relaxed yet professional technology company.

Reporting to the Head of Implementation, the IT Support Administrator / Technical Support Assistant (1st Line / 2nd Line) will be responsible for providing technical and customer service support across the company for a suite of CRM solutions. On a day-to-day basis, expect to deal with a range of issues from general end user problems, training requests, new installations, change and configuration requests through to reporting system bugs and escalating technical issues to 3rd Line support. This is an exciting, varied role that will require you to think on your feet and resolve issues as they arise as well getting involved in any general office / team support that is needed to ensure a professional service is provided at all times.

To qualify. You should be an IT Support Assistant / Technical Support Assistant (1st Line / 2nd Line) / IT Support Technician / IT Support Junior / 1st Line Support Executive / 2nd Line Support Exec / IT Support Executive / IT Support Engineer / IT Support Graduate / Technical Support Assistant / Technical Support Executive or similar who can demonstrate:

  • A keen interest in a career within IT;
  • A broad understanding of IT including some web development;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • The ability to think and act quickly in problem solving whilst remaining calm under pressure;
  • That you are ambitious and keen to engage in accelerated learning.

A degree or formal qualification in IT whilst highly desirable is not necessary to be considered for the role, some experience in a customer centric role will be considered.
