With 700+ clients, managing their 300,000 contacts and processing around 600,000 payments a year, the business is supported by a team of 19 people, internationally. The successful applicant will join a young and dynamic team who excel within their specific fields - superstar required.

Primary Duties:
- Set-up new client accounts according to their specific requirements.
- Provide training for new clients and repeat customers.
- Ongoing support for clients' help tickets via phone, live chat and email.
- Work with Key Accounts and Marketing to ensure they maintain high client retention rates by pro-actively engaging customers to ensure they are happy with their service.
- Review client accounts for errors and revert with solutions.
- Liaise with the product development team to resolve client requests and suggest enhancements.
- Keep the knowledge centre/FAQs up-to-date.
- Update the internal CRM system.
- Provide general administrative support to the business when needed.

Skills required:

- The business excels due to its high calibre of responsive, UK based support. Therefore, a customer focused, eloquent and helpful persona is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to learn quickly and engage in 'on the job' training.
- Ability to work under own initiative when deadlines are tight and be a strong team player.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Nice to have's: Experience in Osana, HubSpot, Zendesk and/or other customer service tools.

The package:
- Salary: £25,000 p/a
- Full-time: 9am-5:30pm
- Private Healthcare (after probationary period)
- Contributory Pension Scheme
- 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
