Bookkeeper and Administrator

The company is a small growing Technology company offering IT & Telecom's management, support and installations for SMB customers in the Yorkshire area. They are located in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who has had a range of experience across administration and bookkeeping. She or he will contribute to the growth and development of the company and be part of that success.

Financial Duties

- Sales ledger
- Invoicing
- Purchase ledger
- Banking
- VAT Returns
- Payroll - Monthly payroll
- Credit Control

Administration Duties

- Answering phone and logging support queries
- Basic HR Administration, record keeping
- Supporting the day to day running of the office
- Contract Management and reporting
- Assist the MD with relevant admin support
- Assist other members of staff on an ad hoc basis

Key Skills

- Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll.
- Microsoft Office

Desirable

- Direct Debit Management
- Telecoms billing experience
- Experience of updating website content using a CMS

The role is for 15-20 hours per week and they are very happy to talk about fitting these hours around your commitments - including school holidays. More or less hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Salary £10-£12 per hour
