Job title and sector - Major Account Manager - Software Automation

The Role: In the busy world of the average Chief Information Officer, how you purchase, deploy and manage your entire software and infrastructure estate globally is a huge problem. This international vendor allows instant visibility to enable senior decision makers to ensure compliance and optimise spend. As a senior software sales person, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • New business sales across a range of sectors- Finance, professional services, legal, manufacturing.
  • Closing "warm and qualified" leads generated by a strong marketing team.
  • Dealing at senior IT level- CTO, CIO, ITD using your network of contacts.
  • A realistic year one target supported by a patient management team.

Requirements for the Major Account Manager - Software Automation

  • Sold software at CIO/ CTO level.
  • Closed deals of £250k+.
  • Understand / sold relevant software: ITSM, Software Asset Management, Analytics, Software Automation and Orchestration.
  • Evidence of strong sales performance - over 100% performance in 3 of the last 4 full years.

The Package for Major Account Manager - Software Automation

  • Basic: 75k
  • Bonus / OTE: 150k
  • Car: 5k car Allowance
