This is a great opportunity for an accomplished & passionate individual to join the team at their thriving & successful company.

This is a new role within the company and they are looking for someone with true leadership skills.

Currently their web development department is made up of a team of four talented and enthusiastic individuals, plus some additional outsourced resources. They are looking for an experienced manager, with a proven track record to lead this team to new heights, deliver projects in a timely fashion, expand the team and grow their business. They are in the process of building an additional mezzanine floor within their premises to house this department and offer the space to expand the team within a pleasant and productive working environment.

Experience in a web development and / or web marketing environment would be expected for the successful candidate for this role. Candidates will have a strong understanding of the following areas….

- SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Google Analytics
- Google Adwords
- Bing
- Spreadsheet expertise
- Content Marketing
- Other Pay Per Click (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc)
- Social Media Marketing
- Web Development
- Web Design

The primary systems they work with are Seller-Deck as their e-commerce platform linked directly into SAP Business One which is their internal system, both using MS SQL.

You will need both management and practical skills as you will be working within the department for a large portion of your working week, alongside overseeing the team and ensuring they are focused on delivering specific tasks and projects on time and to a high standard. The ability to liaise and communicate with all other departments within the business is also key in the delivery of projects and understanding the needs of the business. You will be working with and reporting directly to the managing director of the company. You will need a steady employment history & proven background to be considered for this position.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Holidays: 28 days (includes bank holidays)
