We are hiring a Personal Assistant. Someone highly organised and efficient to support our founders and other members of the executive team with organisation and administration during this important stage of company growth.

Who is the ideal candidate?

We're looking for someone who’ll relish the challenge of setting up this role from scratch. A high performing, driven individual with confidence in their ability to ensure everything runs smoothly for our CEO and CTO. You’ll be a calm and efficient problem solver for whom nothing is daunting or too much trouble. Your work will be challenging and varied and you’ll never be bored!

In addition to confidentiality and discretion, you’ll need exceptional organisational skills, great attention to detail and be quick to respond and take action. The ability to build highly effective and trusting relationships will be key to success. The right candidate will be able to think 5 steps ahead and ensure schedules are managed so as to ensure our CEO and CTO have the necessary headspace and time to be impactful in their roles. Strong experience of using Excel, Word and PowerPoint is also essential. If you also have a strong interest or background in marketing and event management so much the better. Although somewhat of a dying art, if you do have shorthand skills this would be beneficial, as would typing speeds of at least 50 wpm.
