Development Manager - Cardiff - Developer

Are you an experienced Town Planner seeking new opportunities in South Wales? Do you hold a background of mixed use developments and in particular the Care sector? Can you demonstrate your understanding of Development Planning? We are seeking a Development Manager in Cardiff to join a specialist Developer in the Care sector. You will need to have: Masters in Town Planning or associated degree subject Have achieved MRTPI Status Hold strong understanding of the Planning process Knowledge of land acquisitions Responsibilities: Work closely with Architects and Local Authorities Source new Land opportunities Undertake acquisitions Complete Planning process The role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your Town Planning career within a Developer setting.
