This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company. They are currently seeking two experienced Customer Care/Sales Administrators.

One position is to cover maternity leave for approximately 9 - 12 months. Due to growth, they are also looking for a permanent Customer Care/Sales Administrator who ideally is fluent in a European language, both roles will strengthen their busy sales team based in Barnsley.

The role involves:
- Ensuring orders, back orders and credit notes are processed and despatched efficiently
- Working with internal and external departments to check product availability and lead times
- Dealing with customer concerns and warranty issues as required
- Ensuring pay by link transactions are completed by customers in the specified time
- Responding efficiently to requests from existing customers in order to maximise sales opportunities
- Delivering customer service excellence to both internal and external customers
- Proactively seeking new development opportunities from customers
- Providing the highest level of customer service in order to build and maintain effective customer relationships to support the company sales objectives and targets
- Undertaking general administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as required to support the efficient and effective operation of the sales office and wider company objectives.

To be successful, it is essential that you have a strong proven experience working in a customer-focussed environment. You must possess strong IT skills - Microsoft Office, CRM and be experienced in processing a high volume of complex customer orders accurately.

You will also have a high level of customer service experience along with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Automotive /technical experience, an understanding of export activity and procedures, along with fluency in another European language would be desirable, but not essential.

The Company supplies precision engineered turbochargers, core assemblies, repair kits and individual turbo components to the professional turbocharger aftermarket. They operate manufacturing sites in the UK and China, with sales and distribution from the UK Head Office as well as facilities in Poland and the USA.

With in-house teams of Design, Development and QC Engineers, they are recognised as the quality, reliable supply partner by turbo repairers ranging from small turbo workshops through to volume turbo remanufacturing facilities. Three times winners of the prestigious UK Queen's Award for Enterprise, 2006, 2009 and 2014, the company supplies parts to turbo re-conditioners in over 100 countries worldwide.
