This small technology business requires a Personal Assistant to work for the Managing Director and provide support to the Site Operations Manager and small team of engineers.

The role requires someone with the utmost professionalism and also the ability to work in a creative and forward thinking environment. You will be required to not only manage and support the MD in terms of organisation of calendar, travel, meeting preparation, event organisation, creating of reporting documents - additionally you will be required to play a key part in helping this business office run smoothly including liaising with external clients, preparing external presentations, hosting visitor and events both externally and internally from within the same group of companies. You will be required to be flexible and proactive in your approach.

You will have a great sense of humour, attention to detail and a willingness to take things on even if it isn't in your Job Description! You will be extremely IT literate including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Calendar management and understand digital applications - but equally you'll be fine to fill the coffee machine and buy biscuits.
