This plumbing/mechanical company based in north Portsmouth is looking to fill the role of Administrator for data input and follow up of their purchasing system.

Key Duties;
- Raise and issue purchase and subcontractor orders, as directed by Contract Managers.
- Control of order database through to delivery confirmation. - Including chase up of shortfall in delivery, disputed invoices.
- Work closely with internal staff and external suppliers to ensure database is maintained and up to date.
- Control of items on hire.
- Arrangement and follow up of goods returns.
- Maintenance of their best practise records.
- Maintenance of their product database on SAGE Accounts.

Personal Specification of the Administrator;
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
- Driven and flexible attitude.
- Enthusiastic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience within the construction industry, desirable but not necessary.
