We're looking for special individuals who will be the first point of contact for our Customers, most of who are looking to buy their first ever home through Shared Ownership. You'll be providing a high quality inbound and outbound Customer Service through telephony, email and multi-channel platforms. You will also be responsible for capturing the initial contact from Customers and ensuring that as much information as possible is obtained accurately whilst also ensuring it is viable for our Sales Team Colleagues. You will be working alongside the Marketing and Sales Progression Teams, information sharing and working together to ultimately improve the Customer Experience and Journey.

You will be some of the first individuals to use a new bespoke property system that has been built to improve the Customer Journey and internal management of data which works in conjunction with our very own brand new Clarion Shared Ownership Website.

The role of this team is to convert initial customers' enquiries into property viewings and appointments for our sales teams. Sending out sales information to customers and taking reservation payments will also form part of this team's remit

We're looking for people who will take ownership of Customer enquiries, be effective and proactive in their approach, ensuring a high level of attention to detail is given, and who can work efficiently in line with KPI's and Customer Service Targets.

This is an exciting new role within the organisation and you will have a chance to put your mark on the development and success of this new and specialist Customer Service Team.

Clarion is a leader in providing homes for first time buyers. Our sales programmes are growing rapidly and we're on track to deliver around 2,000 sales of new build and resales shared ownership homes - all over England - within the next two years.

Full time hours are 36 per week, working anytime between 8:30am - 7:30pm, on a 2 week rota basis (will be provided in advance). This will include working one Saturday every other week with one weekday off.

The part time hours will be 18 per week, working anytime between 8:30am - 7:30pm, on a 2 week rota basis ( be provided in advance). This will include working one Saturday every other week with one weekday off.

Saturday working hours are 10am-4pm. Hours will be explained further at interview
