Technical Support Analyst Your new company My client is a UK wide business with plans to expand their IT team. Your new role As a technical support analyst, you will the first point of contact for all customers across the organisations many sites. The queries will be varied, from desktop support, to Windows (O365, Server, AD), network issues and more. Due to this you will expand your knowledge hugely, gaining involvement in projects and with other departments. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, experience in the technology mentioned above (O365, AD, MS Server, Mitel telephony, networks). A relevant IT degree/apprenticeship will be viewed as beneficial.
