Corporate Account Handler, South West London, Salary up to £35K, Working for an established broker.

Your new company

Your new company working as an Account Handler dealing with Corporate accounts, will be working for an established broker within their South West London office. Your new company have several thousand clients both Commercial and Personal and prides themselves on providing a personal service to their clients who are treated as individuals and not a number. They deal with all the major companies in the UK and the larger Lloyds syndicates and are appointed brokers for trade associations and several household name companies. Due to substantial growth within their Corporate team, a new position for an Account Handler has arisen.

Your new role
Your new job working as an Account Handler will consist of helping to manage a portfolio of clients predominately from the Corporate/ Commercial sector handling Corporate premiums. Your new role encompasses a combination of dealing with renewals, client enquiries, identifying cross and up-selling opportunities and dealing with mid-term adjustments. Other duties to include; dealing with clients on the telephone and by written correspondence. You will also offer professional advice and recommendations against an existing placement, primarily over the phone. In addition, responsibility for general adjustments and client management will form part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as Account Handler with a focus on Commercial or Corporate insurance risks will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be able to travel to South West London and be confident in your competency of technical knowledge and ability to offer excellent customer service. You will have good attention to detail, have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook E-mail systems.
