Business Support Analyst
Right People’s client are a business that support and implement a variety of 3rd party software solutions across a number of well-established organisations and are now looking for a Business Applications Support Analyst to join their team. The role will be based in Aberdeen but there may be very occasional travel required to client sites. Within this role your responsibilities with be, but are not limited to: Responsibilities Monitoring and resolving application support tickets via help desk Ensuring that agreed client SLAs and KPIs are met via help desk Collaborate closely with the support team Test system changes and document test plans Liaise with 3rd party software providers when additional support is required Adhere to change control process and documentation requirements Assisting with the creation of project documentation i.e. issues logs, status updates etc Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner and proactive nature when it comes to resolving issues. Additional experience in working a similar role would be hugely beneficial.
