The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will see you working closely with the class teachers and pupils across KS1-KS2. Your role will involve you supporting pupils in 1:1 and small group interventions allowing you to see the rewarding factor of their personal development.

Your creative flare will allow you to provide general support when creating displays, marking homework and assisting in school trips.
Personal requirements:
To be considered for this role you must have at least a 2:1 or higher in your degree with a great academically strong background. The school are hoping to meet with a Graduate who will be compassionate and nurturing in the classroom.
Previous experience/voluntary work with young people is highly desirable and you must have considered a career in Primary Teaching for a long time with the ambition to become a Primary Teacher.
