Sales Ledger Clerk
The Clerical Finance Division at SF Group are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Part Time Sales Ledger Clerk on the behalf of a very well established business based in South West Leicestershire. This is a superb opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term stable role within a growing organisation. My client is looking for someone to work 4 days per week but must include Fridays. As the Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for the following: - High volume invoice processing - Allocating cash received on the system - Cash posting on to the system - Raising sales ledger invoices - Dealing with any business queries - Dealing with any customer queries in a timely manner - General administration - Assisting the rest of the team during busy periods Ideal Experience and Qualifications: - Experience working in a finance or accounts department, high volume of invoice processing is essential - Previous Sales Ledger experience would be very beneficial - Strong communication skills - Accuracy and attention to detail is key - Ability to work in a fast pace environment - Ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst being efficient and accurate - Must be able to demonstrate a "can-do" attitude Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
