Responsible Lending Complaint Handlers
Huntswood is looking for responsible lending complaint handlers to join an exciting project in Birmingham. Starting in February 2019, on a three-month initial contract, complaint handlers will be receiving and investigating complaints relating to affordability and responsible lending. Role overview: Working within a fast-paced environment, you will run a thorough investigation of the customers complaint and communicate your findings through a bespoke letter. Required skills and experience include: Financial services complaint handling experience (PPI, Banking, Credit Card complaints etc) Ability to work quickly and accurately in a target driven environment Letter writing experience is desirable Strong attention to detail Ability to navigate through a number of in house databases Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word Strong numeracy and written communication skills Working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
