THE MINSTER SCHOOL, SOUTHWELL A Church of England Academy Member of the Minster Trust for Education NOR 1600, inc. 400 in the Sixth Form, Age Range 7-18 Pastoral Support Assistant for Post-16 37 hours per week, term time only Grade 4-5 Point 19 – 28 £16,331 to £21,749 pro rata rate (£19,446 to £25,463 full time equivalent) The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Pastoral Support Assistant to work with the Director of Post-16 Studies and Deputy Director of Post-16 studies in the provision of pastoral support to students. The successful candidate will join our highly skilled Post-16 team and will help to establish high standards of achievement, behaviour, and attendance along with supporting the welfare of individual students.
