Sales and Subscriptions Coordinator
6 month contract
£21,000 per annum
We are currently looking for an experienced sales professional to support a busy and thriving team payroll team.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience but this role does not require you to do any cold calling. All enquiries are in-bound.
Duties will include:
* Maximising all sales leads, through to successful conversion for the company's payroll, pension and insurance services
* Recognise customer profile and adapt style and offering appropriately
* Follow up on all customer leads to maximise sales and exceed our customer requirements, via outbound calls or email communication
* Responsible for ensuring incoming enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and in line with agreed departmental KPIs
* Channel the different department questions or enquiries to the relevant team, seamlessly and without delay
* Timely action of sales/renewals processes for subscriptions and insurance in line with internal processes and procedures and FCA regulations
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* An outstanding individual who has previous experience of working in a sales and customer focused team
* A professional communicator, both verbal and written, who possesses a friendly 'can do' attitude and approach
* Proven success of success of exceeding sales targets
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time managements skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Works well as part of a team
* Thrives under pressure
