Lusona Financial Services are working on a rarely available opportunity to join a revered financial planning business that seldom hire externally. The company have gone from strength to strength building up a loyal client base which is fed by a network of professional introducers across the North East. This position has presented itself due to increased business levels and they are also preparing for their well-constructed succession plans. Their succession plans will see the company remain independently owned with long term members of the team ready to take over in the years ahead, alleviating any concerns over the widespread consolidation we are seeing in the market. There is no requirement to bring clients as there is a full client base on which you can work, but if this is a barrier and you have client you would like to come with you they have the infrastructure to accommodate this. As a practice, they have invested heavily creating slick systems and processes, coupled with a highly skilled back office team, made up of paraplanners and sales support consultants to take care of non-client facing activities. The role will entail providing holistic financial advice to private clients mainly across pensions and investments, with a little work around protection as the need arises. You will ideally have gained strong technical knowledge working as an independent financial advisor, financial planner, wealth manager or in bancassurance. They are ideally looking to find an experienced consultant who can hit the ground running, but they will also consider those at the early stages of their career as they have a strong track record of training and developing talent.
