We are recruiting for a great role. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to work within the hospitality industry. We are looking for a passion for marketing and a passion for food. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage the implementation of all digital marketing activity (web, email, social and loyalty – app and online). Using customer data and analysis, you will work towards improving the overall digital strategy, with a view to increasing customer engagement, acquisition, frequency of visit and the maximisation of spend.

Responsibilities

General

Contributing to the ongoing digital strategy (as part of the overall Marketing Strategy for the business)
Monitoring the business’ on-line presence
Working with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce monthly reporting of all digital channels
On-going management of our customer loyalty app

CRM

Developing content and content plans for all email communications
Creating, testing and refining targeted customer-lifecycle email marketing communications that promote loyalty and re-engage lapsed customers

Loyalty

On-going management of our app-based loyalty programme
Creating, testing and refining targeted offers and communications that engage our loyal customers, drive frequency and re-engage lapsed members

Social Media

Working with our digital agency to scope and implement our social media strategy.
Creating and optimising targeted social ads
Social Media maintenance across key Social Platforms.
Content plan management across all Social Media channels

PPC

Working with our digital agency to manage:

Google Adwords campaigns
Display campaigns
YouTube advertising

Website & SEO

Support Digital Marketing Manager in website rebuild, from design through to UX testing and content generation
Writing weekly blogs or web content communication
Review marketing content before it goes live on the company website
Keeping the website up to date
Monitoring web performance on an ongoing basis via Google Analytics in order to continuously optimise the site
Work with web agency to enhance SEO
