Full time 22.5 hours per week – permanent

Salary - £21 963 per annum (pro-rata)

Main base will be Worksop campus, but includes travel across a wide geographical area to employer premises

We require an experienced, flexible and enthusiastic Functional Skills Instructor to join the Work Based Learning Team, based at our Worksop campus. You must have a background in teaching or supporting Maths & English and be qualified to Level 3 or equivalent in Maths & English. Assessor qualifications and experience would be advantageous to your application, as well as experience in delivery Functional Skills ICT.

As a Functional Skills Instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery and tracking of Functional Skills across a variety of vocational subjects ensuring timely completion on Apprenticeship Frameworks. The delivery will be largely focussed on employer premises to support Apprentices who do not attend College on a day-release basis; encompassing both 1:1 and group delivery. The role will include both daytime and some evening work to meet the needs of the client group.
