COS Recruitment acting as an employment business are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to work for a well-established company based in Knutsford on a temp to perm contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant who wants to develop their career within a fast growing business.
Main duties & responsibilities include:
* Sales Ledger
* Sage Accounts
* Purchase Ledger
* Debtor Statements
* Remittance Advices
* Bank Reconciliation
* Credit Card Reconciliation
* Petty Cash Reconciliation
* PayPal Reconciliation
* Diary Entries
* Vehicle Docs Management
* Mileage Claims
* Bankline – Payment Processing
* Minute Taking
* Post Room Inbound/outbound
* Arrange FX Transactions
* Inbound Telephone call Management
* Filing
* Stationery management
The right candidate:
* Previous experience in sage accounting is essential
* Previous accounts and book keeping experience is required
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent PC skills
* Good attention to detail
* Organized and tactful
* Must have own transport due to rural location
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 – 14:00 (20 hours a week), paying £8.00 per hour basic
