Founded in 2013, this company is a rapidly expanding team of designers, developers and engineers that help SMEs and larger blue-chip corporations around the UK and abroad to better leverage technology within their business. They work closely with their clients to deliver solutions that help to transform their business, and take pride (and have fun!) coding solutions to interesting problems.

Technologies and platforms, we utilise include: Rails 5, ES6, React, Spring Boot, CI via tools like CodeClimate and Bitbucket Pipelines, JIRA, Digital Ocean, Google Cloud, AWS and Git.

THEY REQUIRE
Enthusiastic and gifted individuals with a proven interest and ability in software development to join their growing team of software engineers. The successful candidate will be helping them develop a number of their products and platforms.

You will be perfect for this role if you are keen to interact with clients from the beginning of a development phase, working alongside a supportive team of junior and senior software development engineers.

You should have real-world experience of developing web and/or mobile applications, either in a professional, academic, or personal capacity. Proficiency in languages such as Ruby, JavaScript, and Java is also highly desirable.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience of developing 'full stack' web or mobile applications, either in a professional or personal capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated personality
- Ability to demonstrate past code and projects via GitHub or similar
- Solid understanding of OO principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and diagnose in a sensible and methodical manner

DESIRABLE
- At least a 2:1 undergraduate degree in a related field or further qualifications
- Industry experience of developing large-scale software and services
- Technical experience of:
o Frameworks and platforms such as Rails, React, Angular, and Cordova
o Testing frameworks such as Jasmine
o Automation with tools such as Ansible, Capistrano, or command line scripting
o Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services Platform, or similar cloud platforms
