Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a well established business based in the Chesterfield area.

With a close knit and successful and hard working team - this company is looking for its next long standing employee.

Your daily duties would include:-
Answering the telephone and communication with customers during onsite visits.
-Printing morning reports
-Uploading money to the banking system
-Communicating with the sales department in regards to payments
-Uploading orders
-Printing manifests
-Cash Allocation
-Processing credit applications
-Inputting new accounts on to the system
-Uploading invoices
-Chasing payment of outstanding invoices
-Resolving internal and customer queries
-Raising credit notes
-Covering for Sales Admin
-Monthly Statements
-Bank reconciliations

The successful candidate will be:-
-Hard working and dedicated individual
-Competent with high volume workload
-Used to a varied workload
-Comfortable and experienced within the accounts sector
