Summary of Position:
The purpose of the role is to create and deliver a marketing strategy for the company's range of products and services through a wide range of tools including web, social media, print, e-blast, newsletters, adverts, videos etc.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

" Defining and managing company brand and image.
" Generation of marketing content
" Organising international conferences and seminars
" Organising and delivering in-house and on-site product training sessions for internal staff, customers and distributors.
" Liaising with external PR companies, advertising agencies and technical writers to assist in the generation of technical articles, adverts and press releases.
" Developing and updating product brochures and marketing literature.
" Managing and updating the company websites.
" Actively managing social media posts to best represent the company.
" Analyse competitors' activity.
" Contributing to ideas for new product development and help evaluate potential solutions.
" Liaising with media and technical publications/journals to place adverts and technical articles.
" Visiting conferences to better understand the market and customers' needs.
" Implementing, expanding and maintaining detailed customer database (CRM) in collaboration with the sales team.
" Providing regular analysis of marketing KPIs with the view to improving and refining marketing strategy.
" Interacting with the sales team to ensure effective sales and marketing strategy.

Person Specification:

" Degree qualified in science or engineering based subject
" Experience working in a technical marketing role
" Experience of working in a customer facing role
" Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally occasionally
