THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager for a successful family , established for over 40 years in Chesterfield.

THE JOB:

This is part time role (18-24 hours), reporting to the Managing Director duties will include:

Preparing monthly management accounts
Cash flow forecasting
Credit control
Maintaining and reconciling the cashbook
Managing 1 member staff
Overseeing the payroll, sales ledger and purchase ledger functions
Producing monthly BACS payments and foreign payments
Budgeting
Processing VAT returns, PAYE & PIID’s
Maintaining employment records and HR matters, auto-enrolment and pension matters
Liaising with external parties including insurance brokers, accountants etc
Other ad hoc duties as required

THE PERSON:

Previous experience within an SME is essential
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential
You must be computer literate
Good management skills are required
