Service Delivery Analyst

Location; Liverpool


Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum & Excellent benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an Service Delivery Analyst to be apart of an established organisation. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible in supporting the Service Delivery team in establishing and delivering efficiencies across all Key ITIL processes. You will assist in providing governance, quality and continuous process improvements. This will include; supporting the service delivery teams in ensuring that all Incidents and service requests are accurately recorded. Undertaking review of calls to ensure they are being managed in line with service standards. Reviewing processes and driving ongoing service improvement measures when required. Be responsible for the creation and delivery of accurate IT reports, monthly, quarterly and annual reports in the required format. Working closely with the IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure procedures and processes are in place; to support the management of key IT suppliers. Maintain an overview summary of main conditions for all contracts including contract dates, termination notice, main contacts, non-disclosure agreement status. Provide project administration support for the IT Service Delivery team and attend IT Service Review meetings.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a Service Delivery role in an ITIL environment. You will have experience within a service delivery framework including SLA, KPI and OLA Management.

Experience of working in an IT environment and an understanding IT metrics and data. Experience of using MS Offices products. The ability to produce accurate reports. Excellent planning and organisational skills and a strong customer service background with evidence of service improvement. Experience of obtaining quotes from suppliers for purchases of computer hardware and /or software licences and raising purchase orders for hardware/licences would be desirable.
