End Date 31 January 2019 Salary Range £31,806 - £35,340 Job Description Summary Proactive management of the Advice Support Associate Team to achieve business needs. Working with stakeholders to deliver wider business strategy. Job Description • Ensure effective communication of all relevant updates, initiatives and central messages. • Accountable for the development, training, motivation, skills and competencies of support team. • Consistently present a professional and informed first point of contact to all Stakeholders. • Timely, effective and transparent resolution of all complaints and escalations. • Responsible for cost management within the Support office. • Accountable for accurate and compliant use of all reporting tools with quality data input to systems that provide MI. • Robust assessments of quality and quantity of colleague work outputs. • Consistent achievement of all BSC objectives. • Responsible for ensuring robust succession planning is in place. • Management of effective and timely delegation to team colleagues. • Attraction and retention of quality colleagues. • Exceed service level standards (where appropriate. • Ensuring all relevant HR procedures are followed. • Responsible for effective management of the Risk framework and outstanding audit findings within scope of responsibility. • Prioritising Client Support and Specialist Services and effectively managing resources. • Responsible for maintaining large number of relationships in a complex environment where high number of Private Banking and Advice Managers and Senior Managers based both locally and remotely. • Contributes to and supports the national team in the delivery of excellent support. • Contributes and supports input into the definition of business requirements for projects and programmes that impact upon Support and Wealth. • Delivers a professional client experience in line with code of responsibility.
