Senior Support Worker
Althea Park House is a 7 bedded residential home specialising in the care and treatment of adolescents and young adults with eating disorders and associated comorbidities, aged 14 - 25. We treat male and females and we rated as good with CQC in November 2016.
We also support The Anchor, a 3 bedded semi-independent step down service on site.
The Senior Support Worker role is primarily concerned with shift coordination, ensuring that service users needs are met in line with their care plans and risk assessments and supporting junior staff to develop.
