Our Account Executives hunt for new business. They are the go-getters driven by the acquisition of new client organizations. Through a variety of means they uncover new opportunities in which to sell and provide new relationships to the organization to continue our growth story. Key functional responsibilities will include: new business development, vertical penetration strategy and planning, prospecting and sales pipeline management, account analysis and information reporting.

What we’re looking for:

1 Proven sales experience in new client acquisition
2 Proven ability to engage, build relationships and close with buyers
3 Successful experience in cracking and growing sales with new customers in a strategic sales environment
4 Successful experience selling technology and professional services in large B2B sales environments
5 Successful experience closing 6 figure deals with new customers
6 Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
7 Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing

The role is all about closing business with new customers then guiding the account management team to ensure they have a plan to maximize an accounts potential.

What you will be doing:

* Establish relationships with targeted prospects and secure contracts with new customers that ensure assigned sales quotas and targets are achieved
* Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale
* Prospect for potential customers using a variety of techniques
* Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers
* Consult with prospects about business challenges, GAPS and requirements
* Be a sales professional with the ability to strategically target and navigate a successful sales outcome in a complex sales environment
* Partner with technical team and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
* Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
* Work with Sales Development Representatives to optimize a proactive sales approach and ensure an active pipeline of new leads and selling opportunities

How you will be measured:

* Net new pipeline development
* Revenue from net new customers
* Assessment of sales strategy to acquire new target customers

Your role in the team:

* Reporting to the Global Sales Director
* Close collaboration with technical specialists, consulting resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
* Regularly update the company executive and regional general management with target customer updates, intelligence and any pending issues
* Regular travel to customer offices and locations
