It’s a varied role that will change depending on the event, but ultimately you’ll be the friendly face helping customers. You’ll receive full training and have the support of a great delivery team that will work closely with you.

As a steward you will be helping in all manner of ways including, but not limited to:

* Ticket checking

* Directing patrons

* Crowd monitoring

* Hospitality and car park stewarding

* Providing general guidance to the public.

Our staff provide a visible reminder that safety is our number one priority for visitors and staff at an event.


As it’s a licenced venue you’ll need to be 18. You’ll be energetic, outgoing and a great communicator, comfortable working inside or outside with a positive, proactive manner. Friendly and approachable, you’ll use common sense to help people and ensure events run smoothly.

To be considered you must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:

* Be over the age of 18

* Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months

* Be fluent in spoken and written English

* Have a five year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self- employment or full and part time education during that period

Note: The rate of pay will increase will to £8.21 from April 1st 2019 in line with minimum wage increase and this will apply to this event.
